Under the responsibility of the supervisor of the pole, these main missions will be entrusted to you:
• Order processing and tracking,
• Claims management,
• Handling phone calls and emails
• Invoicing,
• Maintaining the customer file,
You are the ideal candidate if:
report this ad• You are the customer’s first point of contact with the company, as such, you convey the company’s brand image and its values
• You interact daily with customers, your superiors and the company’s sales representatives,
• You know how to listen to the needs of the company’s customers,
• You have excellent writing and oratorical skills (daily communication with customers, but also sales representatives and company staff),
• You know how to anticipate customer needs and be proactive,
• You know management tools and office automation,
• You speak Spanish and are able to communicate in English
