Judo from Coahuila Shines with Gold and Bronze Medals at 2023 Conade Nationals

In Villahermosa, Tabasco, Judo from Coahuila began its participation in the 2023 Conade Nationals on the right foot, after winning a Gold Medal and two Bronzes.

Emiliano Garduño became a national gold medalist in the Under-15 Category, 53 Kilos Division, after winning all his group stage matches and reaching the Semifinals undefeated.

In said instance, Garduño Moya defeated Alan Serralde, from Hidalgo, while in the Final he defeated Eliott Pérez, from Chiapas. Both victories by Ippon, to hang the gold metal.

For their part, Érika López and Fernanda Contreras achieved a pair of Bronze medals in the Under-15 Category, the first in the 64 Kilos Division, and the second in 58 Kilos, after losing their respective semifinals.

Emiliano Garduño Moya’s Gold medal became Coahuila’s 39th so far in the 2023 Conade Nationals.
