Kansas City Chiefs Star Travis Kelce Causes Stir in Practice with Player Altercation

Kansas City Chiefs star player Travis Kelce was obviously not in good spirits during his team’s practice on Saturday.

During an 11-on-11 mock drill just outside the pay zone, Kelce punched linebacker Jack Cochrane. The tight end had just caught the pass from quarterback Patrick Mahomes in the end zone.

The 33-year-old was once again carried away a few minutes later, this time in the middle of the field. Number 87 exchanged a few pleasantries with defensive back Dicaprio Bootle and safety Bryan Cook. The running back, La’Mical Perine then calmed things down.

Last season, Kelce recorded 12 touchdowns and 1,338 passing yards in 17 games. Along with winning the Super Bowl with the Chiefs, the Ohio native made the Pro Bowl for the eighth time in his career.
