Philadelphia 76ers Sign Center I am Bamba

Philadelphia 76ers have signed I am Bamba. The American center has committed to the Philadelphia team for one season, as reported by the ESPN journalist Adrian Wojnarowski on his Twitter account.

Bamba, born 25 years ago in the New York neighborhood of Harlem, played 4 and a half seasons in Orlando before joining the Lakers late in the 2022-2023 campaign. Last year he dressed in shorts 40 times with Orlando and 9 with the Los Angeles squad.

A 2.13 center, Bamba was the sixth pick in the 2018 draft.

Sixers count as starting center with the MVP of the last season, Joel Embiidand as Embiid’s second he is pending Paul Reed, who is a restricted free agent. The team intends to fight for Reed, but the player is still on the market.
