Livorno 2 August 2023 – Alessandro Papa joins the technical staff of Pallacanestro Don Bosco
The large family of Don Bosco basketball is expanding, in fact, coach Alessandro Papa arrives in red and blue.
Although very young – born in 1999 – the coach from Livorno already boasts an excellent curriculum, with his journey just beginning; as soon as the journey with the youth team ended, at Invictus Livorno, in the season which was then sadly interrupted due to the health emergency caused by the Covid-19 pandemic.
His training subsequently resumed always in Livorno, in the Pielle house, where; in the past three years, alongside various coaches, he gained experience, participating in various championships, including some of Excellence.
Now Don Bosco arrives at home, where he will follow the Under 17 Silver and Under 14 elite teams.
Alessandro’s great satisfaction is palpable, as demonstrated by his first words in red and blue: “I am truly happy for the great opportunity that Don Bosco Basketball offers me; As a Livornese, I know well the importance of this noble club at a national basketball level. I am absolutely thrilled to be able to work in such an important company. I’m equally sure that my experience in rossoblu will be more than positive and formative for my growth as a coach. I can’t wait to start working and wearing such prestigious colors”.
