Arema FC Apologizes for Supporters’ Destruction of Stadium Chairs

Management Arema FC apologized for the destruction of the chairs at the Captain I Wayan Dipta Stadium, Bali, which was carried out by supporters.

Some time ago, a viral fan damaged the stadium seats during the Arema vs Rans Nusantara match in the League 1 match, Monday (14/8).

Arema FC currently has to play home matches at the stadium which is the headquarters of the Bali United club because they cannot be based at Kanjuruhan Stadium due to FIFA sanctions.

In a video that has gone viral on social media, one can see a supporter breaking a chair so that it bends.

“For unwanted things to happen which resulted in damage to the stadium facilities, we on behalf of ourselves and on behalf of the Arema FC Panpel apologize profusely to the stadium management and the people of Bali,” said Arema FC Panpel chairman Prihardianto Juliarso as quoted from Antara. .

Prihardianto explained that the Arema FC organizing committee was fully responsible for the damage to the facilities at the stadium because the I Wayan Dipta Stadium is currently Arema FC’s home ground.

Singo Edan’s management will also evaluate existing procedures.

“Like when there was a video that went viral regarding the condition of the seats, for example, as soon as the match ended, we had carried out an evaluation and inventory of the damaged stadium facilities, and we would replace them as soon as possible,” explained Prihardianto.

“Ideally, that’s the case, because after all, the organizing committee is fully responsible for the stadium facilities used,” he added.
