Last month, we told you about Cooper Flagg, the new nugget of US basketball, which many imagine will be the 1st pick of the 2025 NBA Draft. If you have read the portrait that was made of the boy, you may remember that his mother doesn’t really like it when Cooper looks down on opponents or allows himself too much trashtalk. Obviously, that didn’t stop him from being provocative during a camp recently organized by Jayson Tatum.
According to Brian Scalabrine, Cooper Flagg demonstrated all his talent and did not hesitate to tickle some players present, in particular Bradley Beal, the new player of the Phoenix Suns.
“I was told my guy Cooper Flagg put Bradley Beal in misery one-on-one. Beal got mad at him and started swearing…Cooper’s a big trashtalker. Beal took the thing on lightly because he was a high school student opposite. But when he started to get expensive, it trashtalked and Beal was beside himself”.
Flagg is only 16 years old and has not yet chosen his future university, but we already feel that we are talking about a very good future, with an inner fire that is said to be unrivaled among American prospects, in addition to quite phenomenal on-field qualities.
