Exciting Delights Await at the Italian Bike Festival 2023!

Just a few days away Italian Bike Festival 2023which will take place inside the Misano World Circuit from 15 to 17 September.

IBF has evolved over the years, has multiplied the number of exhibitors and activities, has moved from Rimini to Misano Adriatico, becoming the largest cycling event in Italy and one of the most important in Europe.
One of the elements that has contributed to the success is definitely free access for the public, upon registration, which is also confirmed for 2023.

Today, the Italian Bike Festival is a large “outdoor” hall where you can see the new products of the best-known brands up close, but also try out bikes, meet famous cyclists, take part in talks and thematic insights, take part in one of the competitions proposed in the span of the weekend.

Free access, registration required

We have said that one of the prerogatives of the Italian Bike Festival is free access for both operators and visitors.
To enter, however, it is still necessary have a ticketwhich is obtained after making the registration.

Italian Bike Festival 2023: timetables and exhibitor map

Italian Bike Festival takes place from 15 to 17 September.
Here are the opening times for each day:

Friday 15 September – 12.00 – 19.00 Saturday 16 September – 10.00 – 19.00 Sunday 17 September – 10.00 – 18.00

Entry is allowed up to 30 minutes before closing.
The test areas, during the three days, will close 30 minutes earlier than the entire village.

The event is spread over over 80,000 square meters of exhibition area, test tracks and relaxation areas. For the 2023 edition, an increase in the operators dedicated to the cycle tourismwhile overall the organizers speak of over 500 exhibitors.

Area Test

The opportunity to test the bikes of the most famous brands is one of the cornerstones of the success of the Italian Bike Festival. They are planned for the 2023 edition two areas Test Bikethe Campagnolo Road Circuit dedicated to road bikes and the Yamaha Off-Road Arena dedicated to Mtb.

Il Campagnolo Road Circuit it is none other than the international track of the Misano circuit. 4.2 km which will be entirely dedicated to road test bikes, including urban, gravel or time trial bikes.

The Yamaha Off-Road Arena spread over an area of ​​over 30 thousand square meters. The area is entirely dedicated to mtb, e-mtb, cyclocross and gravel tests. A track of about 2 km with artificial and natural obstacles such as parabolic curves, bumps, artificial rock gardens, trunks, walkways and technical passages on sand and gravel.

During the days of the event, just go to the stand of the bike brand concerned, get organized with the company and enter the Off-Road Arena or the Road Circuit, through the IN/OUT BOX. The bike tests are organized and managed by the companies, but we remind you of some fundamental recommendations:

the use of a helmet is compulsory; it is advisable to show up with suitable, sporty clothing; the exhibitors do not have all types of pedals, for those who use clipless shoes it is better to bring their own pedals; the test area is reserved for the companies’ demo bikes and cannot be accessed with one’s own bikes.

Aree Kids

Within Italia Bike Festival there are two areas dedicated specifically to children and teenagers, who in this way will not get bored.

In the Kids pump track area a dedicated team will teach the little ones who want to learn to ride a bicycle to develop their coordination skills, agility and balance and technique, through the use of balance bikes, pedals.

In the Kids Area – At Campetto, children and teenagers can test themselves with the bicycles made available by the companies, in the two dedicated areas, one for the little ones from 2 to 6 years with mini structures, and the other for the older ones from 6 to 14 years, with more difficult routes, between curves, ramps and boards.

La Gialla Cycling, events for adults and children

La Gialla Cycling is a container of cycling competitions and events organized on 15-16-17 September 2023 on the occasion of the Italian Bike Festival.

Saturday 16th September is scheduled there The Yellow Gravel, new for the 2023 edition. It is a gravel cycling tour that offers two routes, one of 62 km and 900 meters in altitude and one of 95 km and 1,700 meters in altitude. Cost of membership 20 euro until 15 September.

Sunday 17th September the appointment with is confirmed The Yellow GF Strada. The route is the same as last year, but with the elimination of the dirt road. It will develop between the sea and the Romagna hinterland, for a total of 102 km with a difference in altitude of 1,850 metres. Cost of membership 60 euro until 16 September.

In addition to these events dedicated to amateurs, between 15, 16 and 17 September are scheduled numerous races, both for mtb and racing bikes, dedicated to youth categories of the very young, beginners and students.
