Judo Kwai Biasca Resumes Training at Full Capacity and Expands Offerings to include Ju-Jitsu

After the summer break, training at Judo Kwai Biasca will resume at full capacity on Monday 4 September. In addition to judo courses, the club offers ju-jitsu courses, a sport particularly suited to self-defense. There will be the opportunity to attend two free trial lessons and then decide whether to register or not. Judo and ju-jitsu are sports suitable for both sexes that can be started from the age of 7, but also at an older age: all you need is a minimum of physical condition. For further information, you can go directly to the gym in via Lepori 7, write to [email protected] or visit the website www.jkbiasca.ch.

With the youth group, Judo Kwai Biasca regularly participates in cantonal and national tournaments with good results. And this is also thanks to experienced G+S certified monitors who regularly attend refresher courses and about ten black belts with years of experience in this sport.

This year the club will also be present at ‘Sportissima’, an event that will take place in Biasca on 10 September: “It will be a showcase that will allow us to make our sport even better known”, reads a press release. “The main aim is for everyone, regardless of age and competitive ambitions, to enjoy practicing martial arts and progressing in knowledge of techniques and belt ranks.”
