Big disappointment for Bayern Munich. In its Allianz Arena, the Bavarian club was dryly beaten by RB Leipzig (0-3) and let slip the German Supercup. Omnipresent, Dani Olmo scored a hat-trick (3rd, 44th, 68th sp) including a splendid goal shortly before the break. Just arrived from Tottenham, Harry Kane entered the game on the hour mark, without influencing the final result.
Last winner of the German Cup, but defeated 5-3 last season by Bayern in the Supercup, RB Leizpig started the match better by putting on a big intensity. For its first in its new colors, Openda came to light with a crushed strike, easily captured by Ulreich (2nd), before going out afterwards. In the process, Dani Olmo took advantage of a mess in the Bavarian area to open the scoring with a cross shot (3rd).
Frustrated by this missed start, Thomas Tuchel’s men set foot on the ball and besieged the opposing camp. Gnabry (9th) and Tel (15th, 24th) presented themselves in turn in front of Blaswich, but the German goalkeeper got the better of the two attackers. And when the RBL goalkeeper was deceived by an involuntary deviation from Simakan, it was the post that came to save him (27th). Unable to be realistic, the German champion was punished by a marvel from Dani Olmo: an uncontrolled roulette to get rid of De Ligt and Laimer before ending on a sharp point between the legs of Ulreich (44th) .
Realistic Leipzig
Not beaten down, the Munich residents tried to force the opposing lock in the second period. Sané wrapped his shot too much (47th), Musiala did not position himself well when shooting and saw the ball fly into the stands (57th), then Tel and Musiala stumbled at close range on Blaswich (60th ). A succession of occasions which made Kane incredulous, before his entry into play (63rd). The top scorer in the history of Tottenham had the same expression a few moments later when a hand from Mazraoui in his area resulted in a logical penalty, obviously transformed by Dani Olmo for the hat trick (68th).

Forced to discover themselves, Joshua Kimmich’s teammates hit the post through Mazraoui (82nd), but Blaswich’s cage remained untouched until the end. Bayern are missing the chance to secure an 11th German Super Cup, while Harry Kane will wait before winning a first career trophy.
