Major League Baseball Reschedules Weekend Games Due to Hurricane Hilary

EL NUEVO DIARIO, NEW YORK Major League Baseball announced Friday a series of games rescheduled for this weekend due to forecasts related to Hurricane Hilary. All of the home games listed below, originally scheduled for Sunday, August 20, will now be part of doubleheaders on Saturday, August 19:

– The San Diego Padres’ home game against the Arizona Diamondbacks on Sunday has been rescheduled for a doubleheader beginning at 12:10 pm (PT) and 5:40 pm (PT) on Saturday.

– Sunday’s home game of the Los Angeles Angels against the Tampa Bay Rays has been rescheduled for a split doubleheader beginning at 1:07 pm (PT) and 6:07 pm (PT) on Saturday.

– The Los Angeles Dodgers’ Sunday home game against the Miami Marlins has been rescheduled for a doubleheader beginning at 12:00 pm (PT) and 6:10 pm (PT) on Saturday.

For ticket holders, all rescheduled Sunday games will now become Saturday’s first hour games. The meetings originally scheduled for Saturday remain intact.
