Caleb Whitea young 17-year-old basketball player considered one of the most promising projects in the United States (an ESPN ranking listed him as the third best in Alabama and number 43 in the country), died after collapsing while training with his classmates Pinson Valley High School.
The Alabama player lost fainted on the hardwood and, despite being rushed to the hospital and doctors trying to revive him, he ended up dying.
Pinston Valley reported the death of Caleb White and confirmed that his student had suffered a “medical emergency” at school before being pronounced dead at the hospital.
The causes of Caleb White’s death are officially unknown, although his grandfather assures that his grandson suffered a heart attack.

In his final season Caleb White averaged 20.9 points, 3.8 rebounds, 3.1 assists and 1.9 stealswho was also ranked the second best point guard in the state of Alabama and the 25th best in the United States.
