The Fifteenth Edition of the Boca Club 2023 National Judo Tournament Returns After Covid-19 Pandemic

On August 19, taking place at Arena Veracruz, the fifteenth edition of the Boca Club 2023 National Judo Tournament will be held.

After an absence on the national scene, caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, one of the most attractive competitions for judokas within the Mexican Republic reappears on the scene.

This Boca Club 2023 National Judo Tournament is estimated to have the presence of outstanding children’s and youth judokas in both branches, as stated by the sensei and general coordinator of the contest, José Manuel Cabrera Sosa.

“It is a national contest, endorsed by the Mexican Federation and the Association of Judokas in the state; we have a good expectation of participation of competitors. Preliminarily we are contemplating about 200 competitors in our tournament, we are doing this event in commemoration of the fifteenth anniversary of Boca Club,” said the interviewee.

The participation of the states of Tlaxcala, Mexico City, the State of Mexico, Querétaro, Tamaulipas, Veracruz and the National Autonomous University of Mexico has been confirmed.

José Manuel Cabrera Sosa thanks the judokas, coaches, delegates, parents for all the support they have given to the fifteenth edition of this traditional national tournament.
