The population will be able to take advantage of the facilities of the brand new multi-sports complex located in Saint-Georges starting next Monday, the first day of opening.
The building includes a semi-Olympic swimming pool with 10 lanes, a recreational pool for toddlers and a double gymnasium in which it will be possible to practice badminton and pickleball.
Citizens and several organizations will be able to use the complex’s infrastructure, thanks to a partnership with the Beauce-Etchemin school service center.
The population will also be able to take advantage of an open day to visit all of the facilities in October. The date will be confirmed later.
Remember that this project required an investment of $42.5 million, of which $34.9 million came from the Government of Quebec, $6.5 million from the City and $1.1 million from the Beauce school service center. Etchemin.
