Level of play and times
You can play with us at your own level. On Monday evenings, the beginners group starts in It Harspit under the guidance of a trainer from 7:00 pm to 8:15 pm. He helps you through exercises to become better than himself. The training always ends with playing mutual doubles. From 8.15 pm to 10.00 pm the (more) advanced players also play doubles. The sports hall is also reserved for the latter group on Thursday evenings from 8:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Competitions and tournaments
The club does not play league games. Although some of the members are fanatical, recreational play is always paramount. Twice a year a mutual tournament is organized with ‘small’ prizes. In practice it appears that reaching the podium during these tournaments is more important than the size of the prize.
Just come down to Top and Twel
In recent years, a number of players from outside the villages have also joined the club. So everyone is welcome. Do you want to get to know us and the sport? In the sports hall of It Harpit we demonstrate our beautiful sport without obligation between 11.00 and 13.00. Would you like to?
