The National Football League (NFL), the main American football league, is underway and heading into its third week. The richest league in the world always promises exciting duels and matches decided in detail. As always, the NFL Week 3 games take place between Thursday (21) and next Monday (25).

When do NFL games take place?
NFL seasons traditionally run from September to February (ending with the Super Bowl). During the season, matches take place on Thursdays, Sundays and Mondays. Most games are played on Sunday, from the early afternoon in Brazil. In general, on Thursdays only one match takes place, called Thursday Night Football. The same happens on Mondays, with Monday Night Football, and also on Sunday night, when Sunday Night Football is played. These three weekly matches are on prime time on American TV.

In total, the NFL regular season has 18 weeks, with each of the 32 teams playing 17 games, plus a scheduled week of rest, the bye week. After that, the best-ranked teams compete in the playoffs in single matches, up to the Super Bowl.

ESPN has the rights to broadcast the NFL on closed TV in Brazil. In streaming, most matches broadcast by ESPN also go to Star+. RedeTV! it also broadcasts one match per week of the season. Another option is to subscribe to NFL Game Pass, NFL streaming, which is now available through DAZN.
