Anna’s passion for archery was born from a sort of “game” played by her brother Francesco, who convinced her to train at home in Scampia, a neighborhood without facilities.
Destiny wants this sport to then turn into his life; in fact Anna won the world archery title at just 19 years old despite having trained in the corridor of her house, located in “lot W” of the neighborhood.
Over time his family has made a name for itself in this sporting discipline because for years it has managed the award-winning Club Arcieri Napoli of which his brother is president, and which can boast 68 gold medals at the championships. regional champions, 5 times Italian champions, gold and bronze medal at the European Championships and obviously gold medal at the World Championships with Anna.
Thanks to this family, this sporting discipline capable of promoting the concentration of children has found fertile ground in Scampia.
