The German team is sleeping in the “Conrad” hotel, not far from the arena where the final will be played on Sunday.
Saturday starts with breakfast – this is optional. Anyone who wants to take part can do so. If you don’t, you can stay in bed. The time for breakfast: 7 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
Afterwards the players have some free time. However, going out the door is no fun in 33 degree heat and almost 70 percent humidity.
There is a session in the fitness room at 12 p.m. Under the guidance of athletic trainer Arne Greskowiak, you either lift weights or do relaxation exercises.
Lunch will be on the third floor of the hotel at 1:30 p.m. Afterwards there will be a short media round during which selected players will be available to the press. On Saturday it will be Moritz and Franz Wagner, as well as the national coach.

If you feel like it, you can stand in the hall at 5 p.m. and shoot a few baskets.
