If Dominic Thiem today from 5:30 p.m. (live on TV and live stream on ServusTV) against Stefanos Tsitsipas starts, then a full house is almost guaranteed.

Dominic Thiem is still the number one crowd puller in Vienna
By Jens Huiber from the Wiener Stadthalle
Shortly before half past four in the afternoon on Monday, the stands in the Wiener Stadthalle appeared significantly sparser than usual. The hall announcer pointed out again that the autograph session with Dominic Thiem was about to begin. An event that many Austrian tennis fans still don’t want to miss.
Dominic Thiem is still the biggest attraction at the Erste Bank Open, and his current position 99 in the ATP charts doesn’t change anything. The organizers know this, of course – and will raise the curtains on the second match day of the main field that had still covered the upper tier on Monday.
Familien-Idylle bei Stefanos Tsitsipas
Thiem against Stefanos Tsitsipas, that is of course a game worthy of the final. But it’s not just the local hero in Vienna that isn’t going well at the moment, Tsitsipas is also struggling. Albeit at a higher level. A lot would have to happen for the two-time Grand Slam finalist not to reach the ATP Finals in Turin. The points lead in ninth place is too big for that after a good start to the season.
The family business struck in Antwerp. Anyone who didn’t cry during the winner’s photos after the double final with Stefanos, brother Petros, father Apostolos and mother Julia should urgently have their heart checked. And let’s see if there’s any left in the chest. Somewhat surprisingly, Paula Badosa also cheated her way into the picture – is the soul mate with Stef celebrating a happy origin?
Thiem wants to reverse the trend
There are no question marks about Dominic Thiem in this regard, on the contrary, Domi and Lili have reportedly gotten a dog that is almost certainly wonderfully cute (yes, you can cry with joy at this point too).
However, pets are neither allowed in the town hall nor the issue. But the trend reversal. Although there is no leader in the balance after ten matches between Thiem and Tsitsipas, the latter won in the tiebreak of the deciding set in Madrid and Wimbledon this season. This time Dominic Thiem wants to be ahead. In front of full stands.
