The Serb suffered an adductor injury in the 0-1 home defeat against LASK (match report >>>) and was replaced by Andreas Ulmer in the first half.
Ulmer could now make his first premier class appearance this season in Milan. The 37-year-old was unused in the 2-0 win against Benfica and the 0-2 win against Real Sociedad.
In the current season, the veteran has to make do with the role of a supplementary player. Terzic, who moved from Fiorentina to Salzburg in the summer, was recently considered a traditional left-back.
