TICKETING ASSISTANT INTERN

The Metz Football Club is a professional football club, founded in 1932. It takes the legal form of a Professional Sports Limited Company (SASP).

The Ticketing Service is looking for a “Ticketing Assistant” intern.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Under the direction of the Ticketing Manager, you will assist the ticketing manager on a work-study basis in his daily missions.

The work schedule includes FC Metz home match days, for which the presence of the trainee assistant in charge of ticketing is required.

MISSIONS

As part of this internship, you will have to assist the work-study ticketing manager to accomplish the following tasks, divided into 5 areas:

Organization of home matches

Assist the ticketing manager on a work-study basis in setting up the match day system (ticketing staff to be summoned – equipment to be used) Installation of the equipment necessary for match day ticketing management Accounting closure of the ticketing counters after the match Liaise with the ticketing manager/manager in the event of access control disputes: access to the Skidata server Assist the ticketing manager alternately in the match debrief (positive points – areas for improvement)

Organization and management of the subscription point

Assist the work-study ticketing manager in the creation of briefs for the subscription point staff Assist the work-study ticketing manager in the recruitment of the subscription point staff Assist the work-study ticketing manager in the development of the specifications for the implementation of the point subscription Prepare the schedules of the ticketing staff Prepare the presentation meeting with the staff Establish inventories of needs (furniture and supplies) Carry out tests on the ticketing equipment before installation Install the subscription point Assist the ticketing manager on a work-study basis during the training of ticketing staff Assist the ticketing manager on a work-study basis with the operational implementation of the subscription campaign

Create a brief for the subscription campaign Send a brief to customer service on the subscription campaign + Call to discuss the subject

Service commercial FC Metz

– Transmit the dates of the final subscription campaign
– Send a brief on the subscription campaign and especially the process to follow for orders and credits (if no reimbursement)

Management of entire customer service

Manage incoming emails and incoming calls

Management of entire sales administration

Manage ticket requests related to specific populations:

Internal requests from the club and specific services
– Football family
– Clubs de supporters
– Internal requests
– B2B

Enter orders

Print orders and set up an order recovery procedure (online ticket collection area or collection at FC Metz headquarters depending on the customer base.

PROFILE

Bac +4 /+5 business school Knowledge of ticketing tools You are autonomous, dynamic, You have very good interpersonal skills You like working in a team You are rigorous and organized

REQUIRED SKILLS

Perfect mastery of the Office suite and particularly Excel and Power Point
B license would be a plus
