the essential 36th season for the judo club, this year with new features such as the practice of judo from 4 years old and with the family.

For the 36th season, newly graduated Emmanuelle Sourd is providing judo lessons, with the collaboration of Pascal Jeanson, founder of the club, emblematic figure of Puygouzon judo. First new feature Emmanuelle offers a special TAÏSO class for seniors, Tuesday morning at 10:30 a.m., at the Creyssens dojo, opposite the church.

Taïso is a good way to maintain your body, ideal for seniors, to maintain control

of your body and even regain muscle mass by using the cardiovascular system.

The objectives of this discipline are numerous, namely: improving the control of movements, improving flexibility, learning to relax and preventing falls. By working alone, in pairs or in groups, the taiso makes you fitter and more efficient.

With family on the tatami mats

The course is collective but can be adapted according to each person’s pathologies, all in a good atmosphere.

On the judo side, the club offers lessons from 4 years old, to adults and veterans, competitors or not,

but also jujitsu (self-defense).

Trials are free, anytime; year.

Second new feature, once a quarter, a parent/child meeting will be organized so that families can meet up on the tatami mats for a sporting and friendly moment.
