Judo Club Athletes Dominate Local Competition with Home Advantage

Four athletes from the judo club used the home advantage of the short journey to face the competition. Perthen and Bror Asmus only started in the fighting discipline, in which hitting, kicking and throwing are allowed and the fight also continues on the ground. In addition to fighting, Jakob Siebert and Alexander Razmyslov also started in Ne-waza, which only involves fighting on the ground. In the duo competition, in which the Ju-Jutsuka have to show specified attack and defense techniques in a two-on-two competition, there was no Bietigheim-Bissinger at the start. “Ju-Jutsu, especially fighting, is not yet favored in Bietigheim. We are just setting up the division,” reports Perthen.
