Miramar Misiones beat Potencia 3-0 at Parque Palermo on matchday 19 of the Second Professional Division and was alone in first place, given the 1-0 defeat of Uruguay Montevideo at the hands of Oriental de La Paz.
Those led by Leonardo Medina, who lost for the last time in May and then achieved nine wins and six draws, more than confirmed the wide favoritism they had previously shown against the bottom of the table.
Denis Olivera opened the scoring in the 12th minute, when he headed perfectly a great cross from Alexander Machado from the left, and seven minutes later he converted again by taking advantage of a deep pass from Ignacio Yepez, which left him face to face with the goalkeeper.
The Colombian Yepez was in charge of sealing the result at 70′ with a penalty kick that he took left-footed, low and close to the post.
