Riccione Judo Competitors Shine in Intense Weekend of Training and Competition

Last weekend was intense for the two competitors of the judo section of the Polisportiva Riccione. Bruno Karamba Badiane left on Friday the 13th for Reggio Emilia to undertake a training session with his friends from Equipe Emilia Judo. The very young Sofia Longo together with the Master/father Giuseppe, after having recovered Bruno in Reggio Emilia, headed to Asti, where they underwent 2 hours of training with the athletes of Olimpic Asti and the Accademia Judo Fano. Sunday 15th was finally a day of competition for the Riccione athletes in Piedmont, where some of the best clubs on the national and international scene were present.

Sofia Longo (under 14 cat. – 40 kg) opens the competitive day with an excellent race. The Romagna player faced her opponents with confidence and determination. The race pace was excellent and she brilliantly passed three matches which led her to conquer the podium in the category.

Bruna Karamba Badiane Free Mp3 Download (under 21 -81 kg) starts his day “limping”. In fact, he loses the first match of the day due to a warning against an opponent he could have beaten. Subsequently he won two more matches until he took 3rd place on the podium and another 5 points for the black belt recognition.

“Sofia had an excellent race from a technical, tactical and mental point of view. Bruno is an exceptional athlete but he needs to mature from a tactical point of view. Winning two podiums in Piedmont was not a given, but we decided to go there to compete with the best companies and evaluate our level.
