As part of the Xbox Partner Preview, SEGA and Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio revealed the additional mode “Dondoko Island” for the upcoming RPG adventure “Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth”.
“Dondoko Island” is an abandoned island off the coast of Honolulu City that is full of illegally dumped waste but holds great potential. Players will have the opportunity to transform this island into a thriving paradise with the help of new friends, a baseball bat, and other tools. You can clean up the waste and recycle the materials to create DIY furniture, buildings and much more. They can also act as managers and open the island to visitors. Players can let their creativity run wild when designing their dream resort on Dondoko Island off the Hawaiian coast.
“Dondoko Island” expands the already rich gaming experience of “Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth” and offers an additional dimension of construction and design.
Like a Dragon: Infinite Wealth is the eighth installment in Ryu Ga Gotoku’s flagship series, bringing together the characters from Yakuza: Like a Dragon and Like a Dragon Gaiden: The Man Who Erased His Name. The game will be released on January 26, 2024 for Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Windows, PlayStation 5, PlayStation 4 and Steam.
