For months, between work, film shoots, pedestrianisation, spot events, the residents and shopkeepers of the historic center have been living a nightmare never knowing when and how to return home, when, how and where to park the car, when and how to see customers enter your shop. What they know for sure, however, is that the decorum does not improve, the safety does not improve, the state of the roads does not improve, the usability and attractiveness of the center does not improve. The road system designed for Bajocco (who knows if it is the same now) seemed like a metaphor: from Albano and its historic center you can only leave because entering is absolutely impossible. I think that the only one who should go away is the leaderless majority that governs Albano today.”
