SALT LAKE CITY – Utah versus USC was unsurprisingly one of the most-watched college football games from over the weekend, sliding into the Top 5 in TV ratings.
One of the most anticipated rematches from a year ago did not disappoint, delivering some good back-and-forth, mixed with some final minute drama for college football fans. In the end the Utes got the better of the Trojans for the fourth time in a row, nailing a 38-yard field goal as the death blow.
You couldn’t write a better script with a former walk-on, pig farmer quarterback versus the reigning Heisman Trophy winner, and a safety playing both ways as a running back/receiver and another former quarterback turned running back leading the charge for an injury plagued Utah, all under the Hollywood sign.
Chills.
