World Golf Awards, Sicily is the best emerging golf destination in the world in 2023.
This is the recognition that arrived in Abu Dhabi thanks to the votes expressed by the most important professionals in global golf tourism and by thousands of enthusiasts from over 100 nations.
Sicily not only won the “derby” with Tuscany but overcame two Japanese entities such as the prefectures of Mie and Miyazaki. Baku (Azerbaijan), Golf Est Mallorca (Spain), Madeira (Portugal) and King Abdullah Economic City (Saudi Arabia) were also defeated.
Award also for the Royal Golf La Bagnaia (Siena), crowned as the best golf course in Italy.
