The national doubles and mixed tournament of Amiens University Badminton Club returns this November 18 and 19 at the Halle des Quatre Chênes.
310 matches. This is the total number of meetings that will be held this weekend at the Hall of the Four Oaks of Amiens. Indeed, the Amiens University Badminton Club organizes its national “Duo Mixto” tournament there. A tournament of men’s, women’s and mixed doubles which takes place over two days. Saturday will be dedicated to the men’s and women’s draws, before giving way on Sunday to the mixed doubles draws.
The event will see 250 driving lovers, from more than fifty different clubs from Hauts-de-France, Île de France or even Normandy, compete in several series ranging from N2-N3 for the best ranked to P10-NC for beginners. The flagship Samarian badminton club will be on its side 51 committed in the competition, enough to hope for a few Amiens podiums.
On site, matches will take place continuously, entertainment and a refreshment bar will be offered to players and visitors. The club is also setting up a sock collection as part of the “ solidarity socks for sustainable and inclusive sport“To contribute, simply bring your clean socks to the collection bin on site this weekend.
