Carolina Panthers fire head coach Frank Reich

The NFL’s Carolina Panthers have fired their head coach Frank Reich after just eleven games in office.

Team owner David Tepper announced this on Monday. The Panthers, with their quarterback Bryce Young, drafted number one, have a record of 1-10 wins, the worst in the entire league.

Reich (61), who was only hired at the beginning of the season and was previously head coach of the Indianapolis Colts for four years, had not managed to embed Young in a stable system. On Sunday the Panthers lost 10:17 at the Tennessee Titans. Chris Tabor, previously responsible for the special teams, will take over the position on an interim basis.
