Champions League: 4,300 Parisian supporters expected in Milan

For their second European trip of the season, PSG supporters will travel en masse to Milan. While there were 2,100 of them attending their team’s defeat at Newcastle (1-4, October 4) on the pitch at St James’ Park, there will be more than twice that number this time.

Indeed, 4,300 Parisians will be present in the stands of San Siro to watch the fourth match of Group F between AC Milan and Paris. As soon as the Champions League schedule was announced at the start of September, plane tickets and tickets were snapped up within a few hours.

Friday evening, in the stands of the Parc des Princes on the occasion of the victory against Montpellier (3-0), a large part of the Auteuil corner had already launched hostilities with the opposing supporters by singing some hostile songs. Already during the first leg (3-0), they had welcomed in the kop, followers of Naples with whom they have a long-standing friendship. Tuesday evening, the Milanese should give them an equally warm welcome.
