Fernando Alonso has received the award from the TikTok platform as one of the public figures of 2023. The Asturian has not yet been able to achieve “the 33rd”, but nevertheless, he has been awarded as one of the most influential public people of the latter anus.
Since last February 10, the date on which Alonso created an account on TikTok, his interactions with users have been frequent, which made him have more than 1 million followers in just a few months.
The double F1 champion was not able to be present at the gala that accredited him as the winner, but he did want to send a message to his fans: “Hello everyone. I would like to be there with you, but my professional commitments do not allow me, but I wanted to thank everyone for this year’s TikTok public figure award. An entertainment platform where we have a good time, we spend a lot of time in the day and well, it makes me very happy to receive this award. Congratulations to all the winners, we will continue to enjoy it,” said Alonso.
The pilot has not been able to attend. He is preparing for the last race of the year, which will take place this weekend in Abu Dhabi. In the last Grand Prix of the calendar, the man from Oviedo will be able to compete for fourth place in the general classification, a position currently held by Carlos Sainz.
