The president of the Geiko Sports Club, Juan Carlos Domínguez, presented today, together with the mayor, Juan Franco, and the deputy mayor delegate for Sports, Javier Vidal, the IX Stage of judo, which will be held on the 17th and 18th of November at the club headquarters and in the Municipal Sports Pavilion.
In this edition, the speakers will be Quino Ruiz and David García Tomé. The first is a national 8th dan judo master and best international coach for the last three years. García Tomé is one of the judokas with the best progress, runner-up in Europe in the category of less than 66 kilos, gold medalist in the Grand Slam of Austria and Kazakhstan 2023 and revelation judoka 2022.
The event, organized by CD Geiko in collaboration with the Andalusian Federation of Judo and DA (Fanjyda) and the City Council of La Línea de la Concepción, will feature the participation of federated athletes and is a great opportunity to perfect the technique and learn from the top.
