As is tradition, Goran Ivanisevic gave a press conference following the success of his foal. Obviously, he gave his opinion on the comeback of a certain Rafael Nadal in 2024.
« If it’s true that Rafa is coming back, for me it’s the best news in tennis. I love Rafa. It will be interesting, Rafa is not seeded. He can face anyone in the first round. You don’t want to see Nadal in the first round going back to the hotel (smile). It’s excellent for tennis. Rafa will only come if he is 100% ready. And when Rafa is ready, I think he still has something to say with his left arm.”
