Unprecedented final in South Korea, where the Twins, leaders of the Regular Season where they reached 86 victories, and the Wiz, who finished in second place in the rankings with 79 victories, are fighting. However, the Wiz had to go through the play-offs to access the Korean Series, while the Twins, as first-placed players, rightly play in the final. The Wiz then defeated the Dinos after losing the first two games, and the Dinos themselves were able to win the wild-card game against the Bears and then eliminate the more famous Landers without suffering any defeat. This is an unprecedented final between the two franchises, where the Seoul Twins have been missing for twenty-one years and haven’t won since 1994, while the Suwon Wiz won the title in 2021 in their only participation, beating the Bears 4-0. In their history, the Twins have won two championships (1990 and 1994) in their six total appearances (losers in 1983, 1997, 1998 and 2002). For now, after two races have finished, the Korean Series is tied, with the races resolved with scores with just one point of margin. In game 1 the Wiz came out on top and made a comeback, putting the hosts Twins in difficulty, who after the reaction of the first half went out and the guests turned the game on its head. In game 2 the opposite happens, in fact after a first inning with four runs scored by the Wiz the Twins, shot after shot, manage to shut down the visiting line-up and come back point by point, also hitting the first home runs of the series. Final that now continues in Suwon at the home of the Wiz, after which every game that extends it will be played again at the Jamsil Baseball Stadium, friendly walls of the Twins.

The 9th inn arrives. and the Wiz manage to take the lead again, where the home reliever Go Woo-suk who suffers the 3-2 on a double-rbi by Moon Sang-chul, in the condition of two outs and for the lower part the closer Park Yeong- hyun closes the doors to the Twins, signing the precious salvation and fourth victory in a row for the Wiz in the post-season.
