Podcast “And now to sports”. Bayern coach Tuchel and the Attack – Sport department

After the 4-0 win against Borussia Dortmund, Bayern player Leon Goretzka briefly and confidently summarized the Bundesliga game: “We flattened the opponent.” In fact, BVB hardly had a chance; after a few minutes the game was decided. After that, the issue was less about Dortmund’s weak performance or what tactical tricks Munich were able to use to compensate for their personnel problems, but rather the performance of Thomas Tuchel.

On Friday, the Bayern coach had already pointed out the TV experts Lothar Matthäus and Dietmar Hamann, who had previously criticized the team for not being able to see any further development under Tuchel, and that the club management’s purchasing policy was “amateurish” and one “Titleless season” is conceivable. This obviously had such an effect on Tuchel that he wanted to clarify a few things on Saturday.

What does his reaction say about the inner workings of FC Bayern and Thomas Tuchel’s state of mind? How is BVB doing? And how does this duel affect the upcoming Champions League games between these two clubs? Moderator Anna Dreher talks about this in this episode of “And Now to Sport” with Bayern reporter Philipp Schneider and football expert Philipp Selldorf.
