The CEO in an interview with TGPoste on the growing results of the first 9 months of 2023: it is a dutiful recognition of the dedication of our women and men
NewTuscia – ROME – Poste Italiane’s growing results for the first nine months of 2023 are the result of the commitment of its 120,000 employees, who will be awarded a bonus of 1,000 euros in their next paycheck. This was announced by CEO Matteo Del Fante in a wide-ranging interview with TGPoste, illustrating the numbers for the third quarter of 2023: revenues growing to 2.8 billion and in the first nine months of the year to 8.9 billion, numbers at support of the interim dividend of 0.237 euros per share, payable on 22 November and up 13% compared to last year. “The Company’s activities – said Del Fante – have long time horizons and are the result of strategic choices set out in the industrial plans presented starting from 2018. We continue to invest in activities which at the moment are also achieving the satisfaction of our customers” .
The CEO also wanted to express his personal gratitude to all the Group’s employees. “The strength of this company – underlined the manager – lies in the dedication that our colleagues put into play every day. In recent years they have done an extraordinary job: for example, starting from 2018 we asked to deliver parcels and in three years we became the first operator in the B2C market; during Covid they were committed and dedicated to keeping Poste Italiane active and operational at a fundamental moment for the country. For this reason – continued Del Fante – I am happy to announce a performance bonus of 1,000 euros, a dutiful recognition for the dedication of our people, the great strength and soul of this wonderful company”.
