Salernitana-Lazio, the cases from slow motion

These are the main dubious episodes. In the 39th minute, following a pass from Cataldi, Immobile is able to take a position in the area, but falls after contact with Gyomber. The referee Prontera at first let it go, but he is called back to the monitor by the VAR and changes his mind, warning the grenade player. Before the break, Gyomber comes on again in a disjointed manner and late on Zaccagni. The Lazio players ask for the second yellow card but for the referee Prontera there are no details for the card.

For Marelli there was a penalty but also an expulsion

Luca Marelli clarifies this. The Dazn expert explains on the occasion of the penalty awarded to Lazio: “Gyomber trips on Immobile and then grabs onto him, the foul starts outside the area but ends up inside, as you know the holding is the only foul that is evaluated at the end of the action therefore right to grant the maximum punishment. After the penalty scored by Immobile, however, there was a second episode that influenced the match. On the sideline a late entry from Gyomber who goes out of time on Marusic and was due for a yellow card, it would have been red and Salernitana would have found themselves with 10 men. This is a serious oversight on Prontera’s part.” And who knows if the Salernitana-Lazio match would have ended differently.
