The regional councilor of the 5 Star Movement Paola Pizzighini explained that in the first six months of 2023 there are There were 3,700 requests for help. These therefore increased by 37 percent compared to the same period in 2022: “In 2022, Telefono Amico Italia received a total of 6 thousand calls for help, 29 percent of which were from under 26s. The exponent explained how requests for help for existential and relational difficulties are increasing: “To limit the phenomenon it is essential to act on prevention and take care of the most fragile subjects as the Telefono Amico association does”. And precisely for this reason, we hope that through the words of Dr. Petra, the Lombardy Region “will once again understand the hardships of people who are experiencing moments of great difficulty”.
