Red, game interruption – HSV wins heated game against Magdeburg

HSV celebrates a confident victory against Magdeburg and remains on the heels of Hamburg’s local rivals St. Pauli in the second division. The away fans caused a stir in the first half.

Hamburger SV has maintained its home reputation in the second division and is now the first pursuer of city rivals and league leaders FC St. Pauli. With a hard-earned 2-0 (1-0) against 1. FC Magdeburg, who had been equal for a long time, HSV overtook Fortuna Düsseldorf in the rankings and is second again.
