The BAL qualifiers are at their final stage, with the Elite 16 tournament taking place. Two groups of 4 teams each are competing for the 3 qualifying places in Yaoundé (October 31-November 5), while the other 3 places will be up for grabs. in Johannesburg (November 14-19). The six qualifiers will then join the Sahara and Nile divisions of the BAL. The final phases will be played next spring in Kigali.
