Ian Maatsen seems to be on his way to the Bundesliga. According to 1908.nl the Dutchman is close to a move to Borussia Dortmund. Chelsea is willing to participate in a sale of the former Feyenoord player.
Maatsen, who was linked to Feyenoord and Ajax last summer, was loaned out by Chelsea to Burnley last season. There he made a big impression, after which he returned to the Blues. Maatsen made his Premier League debut last Wednesday.
