The Gisa Lions MBC basketball players lost the last game of the first half of the season against the Hannover Luchsen 67:75. The Halle team put up strong resistance for a long time before collapsing in the final quarter.

After the game, coach Timur Topal knew what the problem was. “Little things made the difference in the final quarter. We simply allowed ourselves a few too many mistakes,” said the Berlin native and continued: “We didn’t play patiently enough and forced the shots too much. The hit rate wasn’t good enough to win the game.”
