Through their official website, Inter Miami confirmed that Suarez will defend their team for one season only, namely the 2024 season.
“Inter Miami CF announces that today we have signed Luis Suarez,” said the official statement.
“He will be contracted through the 2024 Major League Soccer (MLS) season.”

Suarez admitted he was happy to have completed his move to Miami. He admitted that he was happy to meet many of his former colleagues at the club owned by David Beckham.
“I am very happy and enthusiastic to take on this new challenge with Inter Miami. I can’t wait to work and start my career here and also want to win lots of trophies for this club,” said Suarez.
“I will give everything I can to bring happiness to the Inter Miami fans. I also can’t wait to meet again with my good friends and also the players and coaches at this club,” he concluded.
