Solopos.com, SOLO–Results of Daejeon Jung Kwan Jang Red Sparks vs Hwaseong IBK Altos in the first match of the third round of the 2023 South Korean Women’s Volleyball League (V-League), Saturday (2/12/2023).
Red Sparks opened the third round of the V-League with negative results.
The team strengthened by Indonesian female volleyball player, Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi, lost 2-3 (25-14, 25-17, 19-25, 18-25 and 11-15) at home.
Actually, in the match at Chungmu Gymnasium, Daejeon, Red Sparks took the lead with a score of 2-0.
However, IBK Altos was able to turn things around or epic comeback by winning the final three sets.
This is a bad record for the Red Sparks after previously suffering five consecutive defeats.
Red Sparks experienced victory again in the last match against Peppers Saving Bank with a score of 3-1 (21-25, 25-23, 25-16, 25-18), 28 November 2023.

Red Sparks had the upper hand in the first two sets. Megawati Hangestri Pertiwi successfully won the first two sets with a score of 25-14 and 25-17.
