Vennecy. Christmas in a kimono. AS Judo Taïso de Vennecy has just celebrated its thirtieth anniversary. This season it has 127 members of all ages, from the baby category to senior veterans.
Around ten courses are spread over five days. The club also organizes, each year, an Easter training course bringing together twelve to fifteen judokas per day, an end-of-year gathering in June, as well as another at Christmas.
Finally, training from the refereeing school takes place at the Vennecy dojo on the first Wednesday of each month: on average, thirty judokas from Vennecy participate in it along with neighboring clubs.
A festive evening was organized by the office during the holidays. Judokas, parents and loved ones met at the multipurpose room for joint judo and taiso training. Children and adults were supervised by president Sébastien Vaucherez and facilitators Arnaud Formont, Damien Lunari, Vincent Simonot and Fabien Schaep.
A sports session in a good-natured atmosphere.
