The Colombian National Team will have as its maximum objective this year the Copa América, which will be held in the United States between June and July. Given this situation that Néstor Lorenzo’s team will have to face in the middle of the year, several previous friendlies have already been confirmed in preparation for this great tournament, which will be against Spain in London and against Romania in the city of Madrid.

According to information from Carlos Antonio Vélez on his morning program, Palabras Mayores, the Colombian National Team would already have two confirmed friendlies against the host, the United States, and against Canada, which must first play the playoffs to enter the Copa América.

According to the journalist, these friendlies will be held in North American territory, as a final preparation for the tournament, where Lorenzo’s team is located in group D along with Brazil, Paraguay, and the winner of Costa Rica and Honduras.

A few more tests for the main contest that will begin on June 24 when Lorenzo’s team debuts against Paraguay at the NRG Stadium in the city of Houston.
