For her part, the prosecutor added that seven alleged perpetrators of these disappearances are fugitives from justice, meanwhile, two others, one of them the then Director of Transit of that place, Fausto “N”, are at the disposal of a judge. .

Likewise, he specified that Fausto “N” is facing two criminal proceedings, as he is also being investigated for alleged crimes against public security institutions.

The seven arrest warrants that are pending execution would correspond to Municipal Transit elements, considered fugitives from justice since the day of the events.

In addition, he confirmed that the four disappearances are related to the murder of the Camerino Z. Mendoza Transit agent, Jorge Daniel “N”, committed that same day.

Who are the missing people?

The victims of forced disappearance are Ileana Ivet, Antonio, Víctor Manuel and Honorio, who on the day of the events were taken to the Camerino Z. Mendoza Transit offices under the excuse of being infracted; His search continues.

The detainees and the accusations

According to what was reported, on December 31, 2023, the arrest warrant was carried out against Christian “N” as the alleged perpetrator of the crime of forced disappearance of people. On January 1 of this year he was charged and a judge imposed the precautionary measure of informal preventive detention. In addition, the hearing to join the process is scheduled for tomorrow.

Meanwhile, Fausto was arrested on December 11, 2023 for alleged crimes against public security institutions and on the 3rd of this month another arrest warrant was executed for the alleged crime of forced disappearance of people.
