Before the cup ceremony held after the match at Balıkesir Martyr Turgut Solak Sports Hall, TBF Deputy Chairman Ömer Onan presented a plaque of appreciation to Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yücel Yılmaz for their support to the ING Women’s Turkish Cup.
Members of Fenerbahçe Alagöz Holding, who won the championship in the ING Women’s Turkish Cup, were presented with the championship cup by TBF Deputy Chairman Ömer Onan, and their medals by Balıkesir Governor İsmail Ustaoğlu and Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yücel Yılmaz.
ÇBK Mersin, which succeeded in reaching the final in the cup competition, was presented with its second place medals and certificate by TBF Board Members Mustafa Sarımermer and Resul Kerse.
Emma Meesseman from Fenerbahçe Alagöz Holding, who was chosen as the most valuable player of the final match, received her award from TBF Board Member and TBF Secretary General Serhan Antalyalı.
The referees of the match, Fatih Arslanoğlu, Halil Erkoç and Alper Gökçeben, were given their plaques by TBF Board Member and TBF Women’s Leagues Director Nilay Kartaltepe.
The match was followed by Balıkesir Governor İsmail Ustaoğlu, Balıkesir Metropolitan Municipality Mayor Yücel Yılmaz, Turkish Basketball Federation (TBF) Deputy Chairman Ömer Onan, TBF Board Members and TBF managers.
